Eligibility for Return & Refund

• Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it.
• Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval.

Refund Process

• For online payments (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking):
  • The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
  • Refunds will be issued as a Bauwaa Gift Voucher (usable for future purchases), OR
  • A cheque of the equivalent amount can be sent upon request.

Size-Related Exchanges

• Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
• If you received the correct size as per your order, but still want to exchange it for another size:
  • The exchange can be arranged, but replacement shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Products that have been used, washed, or worn.
• Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories.
• Hygiene-related items (e.g., nappies, underwear, cloth diapers).
