At Bauwaa, we care about your shopping experience and take great pride in the quality of our baby clothing. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process for you.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
- Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it.
- Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval.
Refund Process
- For online payments (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking):
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be issued as a Bauwaa Gift Voucher (usable for future purchases), OR
- A cheque of the equivalent amount can be sent upon request.
Size-Related Exchanges
- Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
- If you received the correct size as per your order, but still want to exchange it for another size:
- The exchange can be arranged, but replacement shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been used, washed, or worn.
- Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories.
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., nappies, underwear, cloth diapers).
