01. The order

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is generally 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

How can I get an invoice?

After placing your order, you can download your invoice directly from your Bauwaa account. If you need help, reach out to our support team.

02. Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on orders above ₹699. For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will apply.

 

How do I track my order?

You can track your order through the tracking link shared with you after dispatch. You can also log in to your Bauwaa account to check order status.

 

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Yes, we deliver across most pin codes in India. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.

03. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns and exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products. Please raise a request within 7 days of delivery.

 

Who bears the return shipping cost?

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will cover the return shipping. For size replacements where the correct size was already delivered, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

04. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

 

What if my payment fails?

If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded to your account within 5–7 working days.
