Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• There is a size issue.

Refunds

• If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue a BAUWAA Gift Card equal to the purchase amount.
• Refunds (in the form of a gift card) are available only if requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds. They can only be exchanged.

Non-Eligible Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Used or worn items
• Washed items
• Items not in original condition
• Products missing original packaging, accessories, or tags
• Items without a readable serial number
• Hygiene products such as cloth diapers, nappies, and padded underwear

Shipping Charges
