6. Order Cancellations

Requests for cancellations of orders once placed on www.bauwaa.in shall not be entertained if the order has already been shipped.

8. Delivery Issues

11. Complaints

Any complaints regarding orders must be raised within 15 days of delivery. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.
